This WebQuest template was created by Patricia McGee and Deborah Claxton from the work of Bernie Dodge.
In the following pages an exciting WebQuest invites students to step into the real world and build knowledge by using real life skills such as decision making, field techniques, collaborative planning, making predictions based on scientific analysis, and creating a final product that will ultimately give students a medium to explain their discoveries. Using the experience of choosing a career and performing authentic tasks that these specialized scientists would perform, students are able to complete a journey of scientific discovery relevant to their world!
I am a student of education currently working on my Pre-K-3 license and 4-5 endorsement through Ashland University's Bachelor's Plus program. This WebQuest was done to fulfill a requirement of my class Principles of Instructional Technologies.
